After you place your order, in an effort to maximize your experience with GHR Platinum and NAD7, we will send you a follow-up email with important information on how to use the product effectively.

However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our product, returns may be accepted, provided that the returned product is unused, unopened, unaltered, and has the original seal still intact, as delivered to you, and is returned to us within 90 days of the original purchase date.
Credits will be prorated based on the number of returned unopened and untampered with (original seal intact).
You will receive a full refund, less a 10% processing fee.
Credits will be further adjusted for returns with open or damaged bottles.
Unless otherwise agreed to, all return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.

We do not accept returns for autoshipments more than 90 days old. If you are on an autoship program and wish to discontinue your autoshipments, simply Call Or Contact us online here no less than seven (7) days in advance of your next shipment so that we may cancel future shipments before they process.
About Items Returned By USPS
Please ensure that your "Ship To" address is correct and accurate during checkout.
If, for any reason, items are returned and marked by USPS as "Undeliverable" or "Return To Sender," then we will attempt to contact the customer via phone or email to resolve any addressing issues.
