GHR Products' Guarantee and Return Instructions.
Guarantees are only valid on orders equal to or exceeding a 3 month supply as all GHR Products are intended to be used on an ongoing basis for three (3) to six (6) months to assure performance.
After you
have placed your order and in an effort to maximize your experience
on GHR15 we will be sending you a series of follow up emails.
It is important that you read these emails as they contain important
information on how to best use the product and get the most out
of it. There will be no sales ads in these emails, however occasional
coupon offers for GHR may occur.
In the event
that the particular formula that you order is out of stock we
will offer to ship to you the more advanced GHR Formula that is
in stock. This is a rare occurance. If you wish to decline to
receive the advanced formula we will credit you the amount of
the order less 5% for processing charges.
All GHR Products are manufactured to the highest possible standards to maximum HGH release .If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the performance of our product please return any remaining product or unused portion back to us (including empty bottles) within 90 days of date of purchase.
This guarantee is good for only the first 3 month supply, so any additional bottles that may have been ordered must be returned unopened and untampered with to receive credit for those bottles.
You will receive a full refund (less a 10% for processing).
GHR Products will only accept returns and issue credits for shipments that are trackable and that require a signature.
We suggest using USPS with Signature Confirmation (to assure that we receive the package).

Regarding Undeliverable Items by postal service at customer shipping address:
GHR Products does not accept responsibility for packages that are for any reason undeliverable at customers shipping address as shown on product invoice and further that are not returned to sender.
In cases where packages are returned to sender (GHR Products, Inc) a credit will be issued if the guarantee above is applicable.
